4 catechists appointed to assist the clergy in serving 11 Catechumens!

What do you do as a priest when you have 11 catechumens to be received, most by baptism, some by chrismation? It's obvious isn't it? You catechise with the assistance of a team of competent and knowledgeable lay catechists. In this way the growth in the Church is not held back. Those 11 consist of 8 adults and 3 children.

For 28 years at St Aidan's we have stressed the importance of adult Christian education and this is now reaping great returns.
